Do you offer website design and/or copywriting services?
No, I don’t. I’m not a jack of all trades, and I’ll never disguise myself as one. Branding is and always has been my expertise! However, I’ve worked with lots of talented website designers and copywriters. I’d love to send one of them your way if you let me know what you’re looking for in your contact form.
How far in advance do I need to book my project?
I need help with Instagram graphics but I haven’t worked with you on my branding, can you still help me?
Maybe—to create cohesive, stand-out graphics, you need an established brand identity. If you’ve collaborated with another brand designer on this and have your guidelines and assets to hand, I’d love to support you in creating on-brand social media graphics or any other design items.
If you haven’t worked with a professional designer to develop your brand identity, we can start there. This process means you’ll have a professional brand that captures your essence and connects with your ideal clients.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, please let me know in your contact form that you’re interested in payment plan options and I will provide these on our discovery call.
Can you just design my logo for me?
No, I don’t offer logo design as a stand alone service. While a logo might feel like it’s a representation of your business, it’s not enough to communicate your message, ensure brand memorability, or maintain consistency.
Full brand design (including logo variations, colour palette, and type choices) ensures a complete visual identity for your business and enables you to continuously connect with the right people through your marketing efforts.
