Gretton Primary Academy in Northamptonshire, a part of Brooke Weston Trust, commissioned a set of icons to be designed to support the four values which are embedded into the way of life at the school – to be kind; to make good choices; to try our best; and to dream big.

It was important for the icons to be simple in design; and accessible for primary school children – soft, friendly and easily recognisable. I combined the Gretton Primary colour palette with the Trust colour palette for each icon; and then created a set of posters which could be displayed around school to further support the message.
